  • This race is for runners who
    • 🎯 qualified for Boston 2026 but didn't make the cutoff, or
    • ⏱️ were within 10 minutes of their qualifier
  • Finishers are entered into a random drawing to have their 2027 Boston Marathon entry fee paid in full
  • Increase your chances of winning:
    • 🏁  Everyone gets 1 ticket just for finishing!
    • 💨  Earn bonus tickets based on how fast you finishThese bonus tickets are earned based on how much faster your finish time is relative to your age group's qualifying time (1 ticket per 0.1% faster)
    • 📈  10 bonus tickets for each person you refer
    • 🦄  2x multiplier for racing on Marathon Monday (April 20)
  • Lucky finisher gets their 2027 Boston Marathon entry fee paid in full
Eligibility Requirements We will verify your qualifying race and cutoff status when we process your registration
  • You must have finished a Boston certified race with a qualifying time for Boston 2026, or been within 10 minutes of your qualifier.
  • That race result was NOT accepted into Boston 2026

Option 1: Run Your Own Marathon

  • Run 26.2 miles anywhere during the race window
  • Upload your GPS data from Strava/Garmin
  • Cost: FREE

Option 2: Run an Official Marathon

Races during the eligible window (April 12-26):

  • Newport Marathon - April 18, 2026
  • Eugene Marathon - April 26, 2026
  • Other certified marathons in this window also count!
  • You will still need to upload your GPS data from Strava/Garmin to be considered for the drawing
  • Cost: FREE (registration fees for official marathons are not covered)

Race Registration

Each finisher gets 10 extra raffle tickets for every signup they refer
Format: H:MM:SS
Link to your official race results (Athlinks, Marathon Guide, race website, etc.) to help verify your qualifying time
📍 Verification Process

After registration:

  • We'll verify your qualifying time using the race results link you provided
  • You'll receive an email to create a Kailo account and connect your Strava/Garmin
  • Virtual race results must be uploaded with GPS data for verification

A Kailo account (free) will be required to submit and verify your virtual race results.
